Terms & Conditions:

Each new patient must book a consultation appointment prior to arranging a treatment. Your payment card details are required at time of booking to secure your appointment. Unless otherwise stated this charge is £50. This is a non refundable charge. If you change your mind- you do not qualify for a refund.

Booking fees will be removed from the price of the treatment if that treatment is taken on the day. For example- if you have booked an Anti-wrinkle consultation- if you proceed with treatment on the day, then the £50 booking fee is redeemable against the cost but ONLY if the treatment is taken on the day.

If you have book for an In Depth Consultation - this appointment takes 45-60 minutes and explores multiple treatment options. No treatment is offered at this appointment. This Consultation carries a £50 charge and is not redeemable against future treatment costs.

Please be advised that Cancellations made within 48 hours (week days only) of your scheduled appointment carry a 50% charge of the appointment costs. We do not monitor emails or messages over the weekend so this does not count as 48 hours notice if you cancel your appointment over a weekend. No shows and Late Cancellations on the day carry a 100% charge of the appointment costs. Your cancellation/no show charge must be paid before you are able to rebook further appointments.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

No refunds are given.

Failure to attend a Consultation or Review carries a £50 fee.

Packages:

Packages for HydraFacial™️/Blue Radiance peels/Obagi Skintrinsiq Facials:
Courses of 3 / expires 3 months from original purchase date.
Courses of 6 / expires 6 months from original purchase date.
Courses of 12 / expires 12 months from original purchase date.

Packages for RF Microneedling (Artemis)

A course of 6 treatments must be used within 3 months of original purchase date

If you fail to attend or cancel late (less than 48 hours) for an appointment that is part of a package, you forfeit that treatment from your package.

Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from purchase date.

Birthday vouchers (emailed if you are a long standing, regular patient- must be used within 4 months of your birthday and are only redeemable against the cost of Treatment NOT products.

All sales are final: includes treatments and products.

All clients MUST read, understand and accept the T&C’s as stated on the website. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the above Terms & Conditions.

‘Treat yourself Tuesday’ - 15% offer applies only to Facials and Massage appointments booked in on a Tuesday and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or packages. Discount is applied at check out.

Refer a friend scheme

Refer a friend and receive a £20 credit on your account.

Credits are redeemable against any treatment at the Townhouse Clinic and are for the sole use of the recipient named.

  • Credit will be gifted only when the referred patient has booked an appointment following an initial consultation.

  • Only one referral credit may be used per treatment

  • Referral credits may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the credit on payment of the difference.

  • Credits must be used within three months of the date of issue

  • Special offers and packages are excluded.

  • Credits may not be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.

  • Standard terms and conditions always apply.
