Dr Lucy Middlefell, BDS
Facial Aesthetics Specialist & Dental Surgeon
Lucy has been a practicing Dental Surgeon since 1998 and as her career progressed, she gravitated more towards specialising in cosmetic dentistry and then, latterly, into Facial Aesthetics. Her years of experience meant that she was skilled at looking at patients’ faces and seeing what she could do to enhance their features, as well as their smiles.
As a dentist, Lucy has intimate knowledge of the anatomy of the head and neck, not to mention skill in fine detailed work, such as using needles, so the two professions compliment each other perfectly.
Her passion for enhancing natural beauty led her to train with the renowned Dr. Bob Khanna Training Institute (training only available to Doctors and Dentists) refining her expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments. She has trained in all areas of aesthetics, and she continues to keep herself up to date with the latest in regenerative medicine. As an Obagi Ambassador, Dr Lucy is at the forefront of transformative skincare, earning the prestigious title of Obagi Skin Clinic of the Southwest. Her commitment to excellence has also been recognized with the Bath Life Award, celebrating her exceptional contribution to aesthetics and patient care.
Dr Lucy likes to do full-face transformations, Radiesse, Harmonyca, Profhilo Structura. Ensuring all results are as natural as possible, which is a constant theme and very important underlying value of the whole company.

Dr Fatima Rashed,
BSc, MBChB, MRCGP
Fatima has been an NHS doctor since graduating from Bristol Medical School in 2017. Having gained experience working in a variety of medical and surgical specialties over the years, she is now a GP in the NHS.
During her training in the medical field she found a passion that started with skin and led her to the field of aesthetics. She went onto complete higher level training and undertook a Level 7 diploma in Injectables and Cosmetic Dermatology. Since then she has completed further training to ensure she is able to deliver a variety of advanced treatments, safely.
Fatima is passionate about delivering wholistic and natural results and has experience in managing a variety of skincare concerns including acne, rosacea and melasma. She enjoys transforming peoples skin, alongside recommending suitable injectable treatments to further enhance results and help gain back confidence.
Dr Fatima is really interested in skin, and she also likes doing treatments like anti-wrinkle, skin boosters and lip filler.

Dr Rebecca Wignall, BSc BDS
Rebecca is a fully registered dental surgeon and facial aesthetic practitioner. Originally from Liverpool, after graduating in 2012, she moved to the South West.
Her background and training combines in depth knowledge of facial anatomy and structure, with the dexterity that comes with dentistry, allowing her to easily assess and treat her clients with natural looking touches and enhancements.
Since 2015, Rebecca has completed a range of aesthetics courses for medical professionals including Advanced botox, Lip Masters, Chin & Jawline augmentation allowing her to create tailored treatments to elevate and enhance natural beauty. Her aim is to allow people to feel like the best versions of themselves, whilst keeping them safe. Which is why she completed Skinviva’s complications course and is a member of CMAC - Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative.
Dr Rebecca specialises in lip fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, fillers and Profhilo, plus many more.

Iunia Tamas, Bsc Practice Manager
Iunia is the Practice Manager at the Townhouse Clinic, where she brings a background in Psychology and a passion for patient-centered care to the forefront of clinic operations. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Iunia is actively involved in marketing and social media strategy for the clinic. She enjoys the creative side of the brand engagement and takes pride in ensuring that the clinic’s values are reflected across all communication channels.
Jane Wilkins
Patient Co-ordinator
Jane has recently worked within a local estate agency, following several years in conveyancing.
Alongside her property background, she has always had a genuine passion for skincare and aesthetics. Jane enjoys meeting new people and building positive relationships, which makes working on Reception especially rewarding for her.
She takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Jane’s aim is always to ensure every patient’s experience is smooth, professional, and friendly from start to finish.
Natalia (Tally) Mottram
Specialist Skin Therapist
With an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty, Natalia brings both skill and expertise to every treatment she delivers. But it’s her passion for helping clients feel their best that truly sets her apart. Whether it’s achieving a glowing complexion with a Hydrafacial or easing away tension with a relaxing massage, Natalia tailors each experience to meet your unique needs.
Her friendly, calming approach ensures that every visit is as restorative as it is results-driven. She believes in the power of self-care and strives to help every client leave feeling more confident and refreshed.
Tally is a specialist skin therapist. Her goal is to create glowing results, achieving healthy skin for all. She can treat conditions such as Acne Scarring, Rosacea, RF Microneedling, Advanced Facials, chemical peels, LED light therapy, Regenerative Facials, Obagi Singature Facial, Buccal Facial Massage.
Tanya Wakeford

With 15 years of experience in dental nursing, caring for patients has always been at the heart of her career. As Patient Coordinator at The Townhouse Clinic, she is proud to combine her passion for patient care with her long-standing love of skincare.
Although she is fairly new to the clinic, she already feels exactly where she is meant to be. She has always been fascinated by how the right treatments and products can transform confidence and wellbeing, and feels incredibly fortunate to work in a field she is genuinely passionate about.
