1st of the month, payment for the first month is due at sign up

The inclusive toxin allowance can be repeated every 3 or 4 months depending on

how often you wish to have your toxin treatment. If you usually have your toxin 3 x

year we have a plan type for this and likewise, a plan for those who prefer their

toxin 4 x a year. If a shorter period of time is required between each treatment, any

additional costs must be paid for at the time of treatment.

From receipt of the first monthly payment, you may use your allowance for any of

the discounts that form part of the subscription, and you will be eligible for the

toxin treatments upon receipt of 3 or 4 subscription payments depending on type

of plan.

Treatments can be booked in advance, but you must have accrued enough credit

before you are eligible to have your Botox treatment. Any other treatment you wish

to book, you pay as you would do normally- minus your discount, unless you are

using your free yearly treatment.

Hydrafacials/Deluxe Blue Radiance Peels or Obagi Skintrinsiq Facials can be

booked as soon as the first monthly payment is received. From receipt of

the first monthly payment, you may use your allowance for any of the

discounts that form part of the subscription.

No- payments cannot be transferred.

You are not tied into any finance package this is a pay-monthly direct debit pre-paid

subscription service with an initial 12 monthly subscription period

Any funds in credit at the time of cancelling within the 12-month period can be

offset against any other treatments, or a voucher can be given which can be then

used for whoever you choose to gift it to.

Please note that our appointment cancellation and no-show policy applies to this

membership. So, if you miss an appointment or give less than 48 hour’s notice that

you can’t make an appointment then this treatment is unfortunately forfeited.
