We offer a bespoke in-depth consultation for those who are unsure what they want. This appointment allows time with one of our doctors so you can discuss your concerns or reasons for booking. We will ask questions and take photos, and then identify what options you have based on factors such as your concerns, age, lifestyle, medical history and budget. We are happy to guide you with appropriate treatments or help answer any questions you may have. If you decide you’d like to proceed with treatment then you will be given an idea of cost and can request a written treatment plan if appropriate. Aesthetics isn’t one-size-fits-all; which is why we tailor every treatment suggestion to you personally, helping you achieve results that truly enhance your natural beauty.

Treatment Queries
-
Don't worry, we'll always email pre-treatment instructions ahead of your appointment, tailored to your specific treatment. However, for all treatments we ask that you:
Avoid alcohol, ideally 48 hours in advance
Avoid exercise on the day of the appointment
Avoid aspirin if medically appropriate
Arrive make up free
If you are prone to bruising, we also recommend you start taking arnica tablets 5 days before treatment - following advice on the packaging
-
We'll always email post-treatment instructions right after your procedure, tailored to what you've had. However, there is some general advice to follow for all treatments:
Avoid alcohol, smoking and exercise for 48 hours post-treatment
Don’t wear make up until the following day
Avoid extremes of hot and cold for 24 hours i.e. steam rooms, sauna, hot showers
-
Unfortunately, most treatments are unavailable as we are not insured to treat pregnant or breastfeeding women when it comes to injectables or advanced skin treatments. However, we do offer a range of pregnancy safe massages and facials which are clearly marked on our website. We also offer a range of skincare products that are pregnancy/breast-feeding safe too.
-
Ideally we advise to avoid alcohol and exercise pre treatment as they make the risk of bruising far higher.

This helps us see the deeper layers of your skin and tailor product and treatment recommendations to your results. You’ll receive a detailed report with our recommendations by email. If you wish to explore injectable treatments as well, you would need book an in-depth consultation with one of our doctors.
-
We provide treatment price guides on our website as well as our booking system. However, we always recommend booking a consultation first for a personalised, bespoke quote, as treatments are tailored to individual needs.
