Dr Lucy Middlefell, BDS
Facial Aesthetics Specialist & Dental Surgeon
Lucy has been a practicing Dental Surgeon since 1998 and as her career progressed, she gravitated more towards specialising in cosmetic dentistry and then, latterly, into Facial Aesthetics. Her years of experience meant that she was skilled at looking at patients’ faces and seeing what she could do to enhance their features, as well as their smiles.
As a dentist, Lucy has intimate knowledge of the anatomy of the head and neck, not to mention skill in fine detailed work, such as using needles, so the two professions compliment each other perfectly.
Her original training has been completed at the Dr. Bob Khanna Training Institute. Dr. Khanna is world renowned in the field of Facial Aesthetics, only training Doctors and Dentists. She continues to update her knowledge reguIarly, by doing hands on training days and keeping herself updated with the latest procedures. Dr Lucy is an Obagi Ambassador and also a member of the International Academy of Advanced Facial Aesthetics, where she continues to develop her skills by tapping into the knowledge of this network of professionals. She firmly believes in offering her patients the best possible treatments and care.

Dr Rebecca Wignall, BSc BDS
Rebecca is a fully registered dental surgeon and facial aesthetic practitioner. Originally from Liverpool, after graduating in 2012, she moved to the South West.
Her background and training combines in depth knowledge of facial anatomy and structure, with the dexterity that comes with dentistry, allowing her to easily assess and treat her clients with natural looking touches and enhancements.
Since 2015, Rebecca has completed a range of aesthetics courses for medical professionals including Advanced botox, Lip Masters, Chin & Jawline augmentation allowing her to create tailored treatments to elevate and enhance natural beauty. Her aim is to allow people to feel like the best versions of themselves, whilst keeping them safe. Which is why she completed Skinviva’s complications course and is a member of CMAC - Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative.

Iunia Tamas, Bsc Practice Manager
Iunia is the Practice Manager at the Townhouse Clinic, where she brings a background in Psychology and a passion for patient-centered care to the forefront of clinic operations. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Iunia is actively involved in marketing and social media strategy for the clinic. She enjoys the creative side of the brand engagement and takes pride in ensuring that the clinic’s values are reflected across all communication channels.

Rita is a vital part of our team. Her thoughtful approach to customer service ensures every guest interaction is positive, seamless, and stress-free. Greeting every client with a smile and ensuring they feel at ease. She’s happy to answer questions, provide directions or offer a refreshment while you wait.

With an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty, Natalia brings both skill and expertise to every treatment she delivers. But it’s her passion for helping clients feel their best that truly sets her apart. Whether it’s achieving a glowing complexion with a Hydrafacial or easing away tension with a relaxing massage, Natalia tailors each experience to meet your unique needs.
Her friendly, calming approach ensures that every visit is as restorative as it is results-driven. She believes in the power of self-care and strives to help every client leave feeling more confident and refreshed.
